BIRA-IASB

Description

Task 6.1 Financial and documentation management (lead: BIRA-IASB)

BIRA-IASB administrative staff will manage the financial accounting for the project, including the review of financial statements of the other members of the consortium and the transfer of funds.
The project coordinator will manage the documentation of the project. This includes organising the work on the project reports, checking of documentation, milestones, deliverables and other necessary documents.

Task 6.2 Facilitation of groups under the governance structure (lead: BIRA-IASB)

BIRA-IASB: Ensure that the technical coordination group and Advisory Board carry out the agreed tasks for the project.
Establish the consortium Advisory Board: formation of the organizational structure.

Task 6.3 Annual and close-out project meetings (lead: BIRA-IASB)

BIRA-IASB will be responsible for organizing annual assemblies of the consortium and the close-out project meeting. These will occur at different locations, ordinarily associated with a project consortium partner.
